Third Party Park Atlanta Handing Out Tickets Willy-Nilly

ATLANTA -- Some Atlanta residents said they are fuming after getting parking tickets in front of their own homes.The city-contracted private company, Park Atlanta, gave David Kwon and his wife a ticket for parking in the wrong direction along their quiet, residential street.People living all over the city are making similar complaints.“To get a ticket like that, it just kind of feels like a slap in the face honestly,” said David Kwon's wife.
